Elevating Global Travel: MacroKinetic's Intelligent Service Counters at Hong Kong International Airport

MacroKinetic is proud to highlight our successful collaboration with the Hong Kong Airport Authority (HKAA) in deploying our advanced Intelligent Customer Service Counters (ICSC) at the globally renowned Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA). This project showcases our commitment to pioneering technology and strong international partnerships.

Currently, 38 ICSC units are enhancing passenger experiences in Terminal 1, with further installations planned for Terminals 2 and 3, reflecting the project's success and HKAA's trust in our solutions.  The system has garnered high satisfaction from both HKAA and airport users, a testament to its innovative design and seamless functionality.  Our world-leading ICSC solution offers passengers:

  • Comprehensive airport and flight information

  • Intuitive way-finding (both kiosk and bring to mobile)

  • Boarding pass details

  • Live video support from customer service agents    

  • An advanced AI LLM chatbot for 24/7 assistance


This deployment at one of the world's busiest airports demonstrates MacroKinetic's capability to deliver sophisticated, large-scale solutions that set new global standards in passenger service technology.
